Maryland's Takoma Park Public Art Finalists

Shauna Lee Lange Arts Advisory is thrilled to announce we have been selected as finalists in Maryland's City of Takoma Park Public Art installation competition. The competition called for proposals which embody the spirit of Takoma's Park history, their designation as tree city, and their designation as a sanctuary city.

Shauna Lee Lange Arts Advisory submitted a complex, yet insightful project that has not been done in large scale within the metropolitan area over the past five years. We look forward to presenting our charrettes to the Commission in a public meeting on April 1, 2008. We hope to "wow" the residents and administrators of Takoma Park with a meaningful, visually stimulating design unlike any other.
